Negotiation

Negotiation is a permanent feature of our work. The sourcing of wines and bringing partners together is our core service. The network of reliable employees and partners plays the key role for mutual success and, most importantly of all, for the trust of our clients.
The cornerstones of this network are:
Defined communication, stringent rules and clear prices. They form the effectiveness of cooperation within the I N F.
These definitions of reliability and confidentiality build the basis for the trust of our clients.
The arguments in favour of this cooperation in wine procurement are multi-layered:
Concentration of one's own resources for the procurement of mainstream products and those of the wider surroundings where the preconditions for buying are relatively simpleĀ  The delegation of niche and exceptional products to the I N F provides savings in terms of your resources and costs and makes a contribution to your ecological balance sheet.
The costs of our work are borne by the suppliers. Price negotiations for large volumes are somewhat more difficult, but our knowledge of the market circumstances on location brings the necessary benefits.

Bulk wines: Are you looking for specific wines?
You know exactly what you want - a specific wine from a specific region with defined parameters? Then send us an e-mail.

We also offer a web platform for bulk wines:
Using the search mask, you can publish your wine wish in the public section and thus reach a number of producers.

By logging in, you can access the pages with offers of open wines. Simply open a new user account and you will receive an e-mail with details of how to access the various offers.

Supplies to airlines and shipping lines:
We have been working with and supplying airlines and shipping lines for decades. We know the requirements and demands and are always pleased to receive new enquiries.

The idea of the virtual wine exhibition:
We offer suppliers a platform with a "small appearance" and the link to their website.
